Can I withdraw from the contract?

Section 8.3.1 of the contract states that your treatment begins with arranging the date. If you cancel your treatment appointment, we will charge you 25% of the total amount. However, if you decide not to cancel, we will continue as planned.

If you cancel your treatment, we will charge you a cancellation fee of 25% of the total costs. The costs include the following:

• The primary examination material and medical intervention costs
• The cost of occupying the room during the primary examination and medical interventions
• Personnel costs
• Using the laboratory and equipment
• The time we had reserved for your appointment
• Disinfecting the room
• Sterilising the instruments
